Angela is the Founder and CEO of Serenity Helping Hands Therapy Center, LLC. Angela is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), a board approved supervisor for social workers, professional counselors and drug and alcohol counselors to which Angela provides clinical supervision. Her style is interactive, collaborative and personable. She has worked in the mental health field since 1995 in various capacities and with clients who have differing mental health challenges. It is through these experiences that she has been able to continue to grow and develop in her profession. Angela has had many opportunities in her business profession that has helped shape her into the clinician she is today. Angela received her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. Angela's compassion for life and people has led her to open this agency to safeguard today's youth, preserve the family unit and build/maintain relationships. She is committed to helping individuals and families obtain and maintain a higher level of balance in their personal and professional lives. Angela believes that we are all interconnected on some cellular level and that each human being, through proper guidance and support, can find their inner strength to bring peace and stability back into their lives.
